Website and online application information
Students can apply online for an exchange
program at Rotterdam University, selecting the program
according to our bilateral agreement.

Please note that our deadline for the Fall
semester of 2013 is 1 May. After 1 May the link will no longer
be available and therefore it's not possible for students to
apply later than this date.
No more applications per postal mail
Because of our online application form we no
longer need to receive the application information per postal
mail. All students have to apply online, by using our online
application form before 1 May, by filling in this form and
attaching the required documents.
The following documents are required and should
be attached to the online application form:
- Copy of the students passport
- Passport sized photo
New exchange programs
We have developed several new exchange programs
for the upcoming semester;
- International Business and Languages (only for the partners of Rotterdam Business School
- Logistics and Economics (only for the partners of Logistics and Transport Management)
- Special Educational Needs (only for the partners of Teacher Training)
- Working World Wide (only for the partners of Rotterdam Business School)

Student Housing Office
If students wish to arrange housing through our
Student Housing Office they have to apply for this
separately. The deadline of the Student Housing Office is 15
May and up to this date students can apply online by using
the following website: www.rotterdamuniversity.nl/housing
