NEW LOCATION FOR NOVA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS

Nova SBE is about to embark on a new adventure. After 9 years what once seemed an impossible deed has come to life, and we are about to move to an amazing location, home to the School of the future, with all programs starting in September 2018. The move will be an incredible opportunity for our community to grow. Grow stronger and grow higher.

With this bright new campus, and Portugal's safe environment, it will be a space for people, dialogue, opportunity and joy: a common ground where ideas and ideals can flourish safely and naturally.

The Carcavelos Campus is located in Carcavelos, which is less than 20 kilometers from Lisbon’s city center and 10 kilometers from the summery coastal town of Cascais. You can check the exact location here. The new campus surroundings grew exponentially and will provide an incredible experience for the students that wish to do an exchange program.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SUMMER COURSE EN LISBOA

 

La Nova School of Business and Economics de Lisboa nos envía información sobre su INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SUMMER COURSE:

Enjoy a 2 week multicultural experience, this summer, in our International Business Summer Course: http://www.novasbe.unl.pt/en/international-business-summer-course

Registrations opened, until June 22. 

Nominated students from partner schools will have a special fee (please contact us through: summer.school@novasbe.pt ).

The programme will take place from  July 9 to July 22 – 2017:

Four courses, each involving eight hours in-class teaching, offered in the mornings:

  1. Modern and Contemporary History

  2. International Business

  3. Strategy

  4. Cross-cultural Management

Each of the four courses earns 1 ECTS. Any or all of these credits may be applied to degree programs at Nova SBE (undergraduate or Masters in Management).

Four visits to corporations (Tuesdays and Thursdays) held in the afternoon.

One day per week (Wednesdays) for cultural sightseeing.

CONCURSO: "TOURISM INNOVATION COMPETITION - LET IDEAS TRAVEL 2015" - UNIVERSIDADE NOVA DE LISBOA (P LISBOA 03)

El Lisbon MBA de la Nova School of Business and Economics (Universidade Nova de Lisboa) ha lanzado junto con Turismo de Portugal un concurso de ideas y tecnología que premiará la solución más innovadora para medir el comportamiento de los turistas en los países y/o ciudades que visitan. El concurso tiene como objetivo ayudar a diseñar el comportamiento de los turístas y al mismo tiempo fomentar la innovación, el espíritu empresarial y el intercambio de conocimientos en el sector turístico.

La idea ganadora recibirá un premio de €10.000 o una beca de €18.000 del Lisbon MBA. Los otros dos finalistas recibirán €2.000 cada uno. Además, los tres finalistas podrán presentar sus ideas en una conferencia, que se celebrará en Lisboa en septiembre.
