EU Summer School

15th July 2019 - 9th August 2019

The EU Summer School is back for 2019.

  

The University of West of Scotland invites students from their international partners to live and study in Scotland for four weeks in July and August. 

The Summer School will be hosted at her Paisley Campus, on the edge of Glasgow.

 

The timetable is structured to give the freedom to explore Scotland and the UK. Also provide opportunities for excursions to places like Edinburgh and some fun social activities throughout.

Students will take part in two modules focusing on enterprise,  leadership and management which carry 10 ECTS credits.

 

The EU Summer School includes all tuition fees, accommodation and

additional social activities for a cost of £1250

CURSO DE VERANO EN PRAGA: PRAGUE SUMMER SCHOOL OF JOURNALISM 2019

This program is intended mainly for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students. The Summer School programme will be interesting for students of communication studies, international studies, political studies, sociological studies, and other related fields.

The job of foreign correspondent is one of the most prestigious positions in journalism, and is being rapidly transformed by emerging technologies. During a two-week simulation, guided by professionals and academics, students will report back to their home countries and to other international outlets on the Czech Republic and Central Europe, in a number of formats and across multiple platforms.

CURSO DE VERANO ORGANIZADO POR LA JÖNKÖPING UNIVERSITY DE SUECIA

 

Jönköping University offers the following undergraduate level courses: 

Purchasing Logistics with a Global Perspective (10 ECTS credits) 

Global Perspective on Health and Welfare (10 ECTS credits)

You will have the opportunity to obtain credits and participate in social and cultural activities to discover and learn about Sweden and the Swedish culture. In addition the programme includes visits to companies and to organizations related to the courses.

Examples:
IKEA & Husqvarna in the area of logistics and Companion & amp; Integrera Mera in the area of health and welfare.  

You will benefit from a term abroad during their summer break with the possibility to gain valuable international experience and credits.

BECAS DE ESTUDIOS EN NUEVA YORK

Abierto período de inscripción para el programa de becas parciales de estudios en la State University of New York 

Los programas son ofrecidos en la State University of New York (SUNY) – Albany o New Paltz, institución con interés de atraer alumnos de diferentes partes del mundo.

El objetivo de estos programas es ofrecer la oportunidad de profundizar el conocimiento en el área de administración, idioma inglés y realizar una experiencia internacional - objetivos relevantes para los jóvenes profesionales del siglo XXI.

En este momento, son ofrecidos los siguientes programas en los campus de New Paltz y Albany:

• Marketing and Value Management - MVM
• Competitive Project Management – CPM
• Corporate Financial Management – CFM
• Strategic Thinking – ST
• Business English-First Lessons – BEFL
• Incluye módulo gratuito de half day Business English, con los programas temáticos. 

Los programas tienen las siguientes características:

Duración: Tres semanas en los meses de enero o julio

Visitas: A empresas de la región y una visita opcional a la ONU Organización Mundial de las Naciones Unidas en New York.

Idioma: No hay examen de validación, pero el buen acompañamiento de las clases requiere validación mínima del nivel intermedio de inglés.

Proceso selectivo de becas de estudios: Los candidatos deben enviar la documentación para aplicar a la beca parcial de estudio. Los alumnos seleccionados tienen precios especiales en el hospedaje. En este momento estamos recibiendo aplicaciones para julio 2019 o enero, julio 2020.

NEW LOCATION FOR NOVA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS

Nova SBE is about to embark on a new adventure. The Carcavelos Campus is located in Carcavelos, which is less than 20 kilometers from Lisbon’s city center and 10 kilometers from the summery coastal town of Cascais.
