We are pleased to inform you about LUISS Summer University, a new cultural project that brings together all summer programs on various subjects under a single roof.

LUISS Summer University offers an experience of intensive cross-disciplinary study, within a community where learning also means stimulating curiosity and passions that are often left out of normal academic life.

The summer programs last between one and three weeks each year in June-July and are open to international undergraduate, graduate and professional students.

SUMMER PROGRAM - EUROPEAN INNOVATION ACADEMY (10-29 JULY 2016)

European Innovation Academy (EIA) is the World’s Largest Entrepreneurship Summer Program focused on IT innovations. EIA is designed to offer students an experiential learning opportunity that affords deep insight into the real-life startup life. The three-week program is strongly influenced by prestigious startup accelerators from Silicon Valley and developed in cooperation with representatives from top institutions - UC Berkeley, Stanford University, Google. Multidisciplinary teams launch new products to the market in a record time of 15 days. In Italy, 350 international students are daily mentored by 100 mentors, VC-s and speakers. John Elkann just confirmed his participation at EIA as a speaker and we already have UC Berkeley, Boston University and Arizona State University on board! INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL @ EXPO 2015 - UNIVERSITY OF MILANO-BICOCCA (ITALIA)

La Universidad de Milano-Bicocca en Italia nos envía información sobre la International Summer School @ Expo 2015, proyecto donde se incluyen diversos programas en inglés para estudiantes internacionales, que se impartirán en Milán del 1 de mayo al 31 de octubre de 2015: 

 

We are delighted to inform you that on the occasion of EXPO Milan 2015  (01.05.2015 / 31.10.2015) we have launched  Summer School @ Expo 2015, a new and interesting project for international students, to satisfy their intellectual curiosity, earn academic credit, and explore the many facets of our University, of the city of Milan and not to forget be part of the historic Milan Expo 2015.

With over 100 faculty and Researchers of the University of Milano - Bicocca and other International Universities involved, our summer programs offer more than 600 hours of classroom sessions, besides guest lectures and guided visits to companies/institutions. Over and above, all our Summer Schools propose a special theme dedicated to Expo 2015 ‘Feeding the Planet,  Energy for Life’ and all the participants will be granted a free entry to the Milan Expo exhibition.

The 23 programs are centered on the following macro-themes: Health and Nutrition, Food and Science, EXPO, Cultures and Social Challenges, ICT, Food and Communication to Global Business, Sustainability and Food Rights.  All programs are being offered in English.
