OFERTA DE PRÁCTICAS EN LA HANZE UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES (HOLANDA) - 2016/17

Cada curso académico la Hanze University of Applied Sciences ofrece una plaza de becario en la International Office del Instiuut Voor Marketing & Management para los estudiantes internacionales que deseen realizar sus prácticas en el extranjero.

Se trata de unas prácticas remuneradas, por un período de 10 meses. Hablar holandés no es un requisito, pero sí lo es un buen dominio del inglés. También se valorarán anteriores experiencias en el extranjero, así como el conocimiento de otras lenguas – en especial, el español.

·         Objectives
The purpose of this internship is to provide the student the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired in classes. The student will also gain work experience and she or he will experience how to work in an international environment.

·         Required skills
- University degree is required.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Language skills (be fluent in English. An additional language will be valued, specially Dutch and Spanish)
- Good computer skills (including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good intercultural competences
- Ability to organize and plan tasks
- Ability to handle partners and students professionally
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work both in a team and independently

·         Tasks
The responsibilities in order to meet these objectives are the following:
-          Handle the international agreements
-          Contact prospective partners in order to reach new agreements
-          Contact current partners to check if there has been any change in the contract situation
-          Analyze incoming and outgoing data to create reports about it
-          Keep updated any information related to the International Office
-          Prepare material, documents and arrange meetings for International Fairs
-          Organize information sessions about study abroad
-          Welcome the new incoming students and provide them any information needed
-          Help the outgoing students with their destination decision-making
-          Create incoming and outgoing lists
-          Create meeting schedules for study abroad counseling
-          Attend Ms. Altenburg’s mail
-          Any other small daily tasks that could come up

NOS VISITAN NUESTROS SOCIOS ESTADOUNIDENSES


En las últimas semanas hemos tenido el placer de recibir la visita de representantes de nuestras dos universidades socias estadounidenses dentro del Programa Propio de la Facultad de Económicas: la Temple University (US PHILADE02) y la University of North Florida (US JACKSON01).
 
La Temple University (Philadelphia) se ha incorporado a la oferta de nuestro Programa Propio este mismo curso académico, después de que se firmara un convenio de intercambio entre nuestra Facultad y la School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, cuyos representantes en esta visita fueron Elizabeth Barber, decana y Jeffrey W. Montague, Vicedecano de Relaciones Internacionales.


 


Por parte de la UNF, con la cual mantenemos una estrecha colaboración desde hace 15 años, nos visitaron Andrés Gallo, Director del International Business Flagship Program del Coggin College of Business y Alyssa Kyff, responsable de asesoramiento de estudiantes de esta institución. 

 

  
Posteriormente, recibimos la visita de Jeff Michelman, Vicerrector también de la UNF, con el objetivo de ultimar detalles para la organización de un curso de verano en el área de inmigración, innovación y emprendizaje social.


A través de diversas reuniones con Juan Llopis, Vicerrector de Relaciones Internacionales de la UA, Juan Luis Nicolau, Decano de la Facultad de Económicas, y Felipe Ruiz, Coordinador de Relaciones Internacionales de la Facultad, se valoró muy positivamente los convenios de intercambio que mantenemos con estas instituciones y se acordó fortalecer los buenos lazos y establecer futuras cooperaciones.

SUMMER SCHOOL 2016 - TOULOUSE & LJUBLJANA

 

La Toulouse Business School nos envía información sobre su Summer School 2016:


 
Following the great success of our second edition of our Summer School last year I’m happy to announce the launch of the 2016 edition of TBS Summer School.  

The 2016 Summer School edition will take place from June 13th to July 1st for Toulouse Summer School and from June 13th to July 22nd for our Joint Summer School with Ljubljana Faculty of Economics, Slovenia.  Further information can be found on our website using the following link http://www.tbs-education.fr/en/summer-school
 
This year again students will have the possibility of registering to one Summer School (3 weeks) in Toulouse from June 13th  to July 1st 2016 or to a Joint Summer School (6 weeks) in both Toulouse and Ljubljana from June 13th  to July 22nd 2016.  In Toulouse students will get up to 12 ECTS and up to 24 ECTS for the joint programme in Toulouse and Ljubljana. 
This programme offers a unique opportunity to Undergraduate and pre-experience Master students to spend a summer in two great locations in Southern and Central Europe:  Toulouse, France and Ljubljana, Slovenia.

This year we will be offering the following 6 academic courses in Toulouse:

Module 1 :  Business Strategy in Europe
Module 2 :  Cross-cultural Awareness in Communication, Management and Marketing
Module 3:  Corporate Finance in Europe
Module 4:  Luxury Marketing and Branding Trends in France and Europe
Module 5: International Human Resource Management with a European Focus
Module 6:  Managing Innovation:  a European Approach

Students will need to choose 2 academic courses and will have the option of taking a French Language Course which is optional.

Syllabi are now available and can be sent on request.  Registration for both Toulouse and the Joint Summer School with Ljubljana will be done online through Toulouse website as from mid-January 2016
